Just before my first maternity in leave in 2013 I did a BabyFit DVD in 2014. This was an exciting extension to our classes. After years of extensive experience in ante and post natal exercise (and working with all fitness levels and abilities) we know what it takes to maintain a little strength, fitness and mobility during pregnancy and beyond. It is designed to be a safe form of exercise to keep people mobile and active in pregnancy and post natal.Containing 2 flexible workouts, 1 for ante natal and 1 for post natal, both 20-30 minutes long.
